CFT Special Interest Group

The IFE CFT Special Interest Group is in an embryonic stage at the moment and we are looking for enthusiastic members to take on the role of SIG Member.     Hi Jim,
    Well done in wasting no time!
    The concept for the group started about 18 months ago. The Australian Branch hosted the 2nd “International Fire Instructors Workshop” under the banner of the CFT SIG. The event was held in Sydney and Perth and attracted participants from Spain, Hong Kong, UK, Sweden, USA, New Zealand, Canada and USA. This was followed by the “International Firefighting Safety Conference” which featured presentations from world leaders such as Steve Kerber (NIST, now UL), Capt. Peter McBride (Ottawa), Dr Stefan Svensson and Kris Garcia.
